HI-Y GOING TO CHICAGO

The Hi-Y Boys are planning a trip to Chicago on March 3rd. They plan to visit The Museum of Science and Industry, The Aquarium, Planetarium, Field Museum, and Marshall Gields. Mr. York will accompany the boys.

We wish to thank the S. S. S. girls for the swell party they gave us. We enjoyed it very much.

BAND TO ENTER CONTEST

If you have been wondering what all that noise is the first period, it's just the band and chorus so don't get scared.

The band is practicing for the contest March 21st. We have three overtures and one march. The overtures are Medda, Alpine Holiday, and Evangeline.

The chorus and special band is practicing for a program next Friday and also the minstrel show sometime in March.

The Choralettes will sing at Tippecanoe next week for an exchange program.

THANKS FROM THE CHEERLEADERS
TWe would like to thank everyone for co-operating during the year at the ballgames and at pep sessions. We would like to thank the teachers and Mr. York for co-operating in the part of practice and helping us and Mrs. Reid for helping us make our uniforms. We enjoyed very much cheering for the team. ---Shirley, Rose, and Joy.
